Customers, who have an order inquiry or a problem upon receiving their merchandise, call at Toll-free: 1.866.905.7771. Please have your order number ready.

Return Procedure
Items can be returned within 30 days. Returns on damage shipments require carrier (UPS, Post, etc.) notification before returning the item. All returns must be made with original packing, customer's number, name and address, order number and has to be sent to sender.

A Shipping & Handling fee of $5.00 per item is added and will be included in the order total. The Shipping & Handling fee is non-refundable.

Warranty
All products have 6 months warranty. The purchaser must inform us via phone or in writing within 14 days about obvious product-defects.

Payment Policy
We accept credit cards, cheques and money orders. Please send payment with your order. Online orders send payment after receiving your online order confirmation, (with order number, name and address). All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. However, back orders may occur, these items will be shipped as we receive them.
